Elaine connects Arizona’s homeless and underserved (e.g. low income, uninsured, seniors) to social and community services vital to an individual’s health and wellbeing.
By providing empathetic and accessible transportation, we reduce barriers to the Social Determinants of Health, including:
✔ Criminal Justice: Court and case management appointments
✔ Economic Opportunity: DES a, Social Security office and bank visits
✔ Educational Opportunity: Parenting and financial literacy courses
✔ Critical errands: Laundry, mobile phone providers, DMV, etc.
✔ Healthcare: Medical appointments, prescription refills and prescription delivery
✔ Food access: Grocery store and food boxes
✔ Employment: Interviews, job orientation and training
✔ Housing: Interviews and lease signings
